Alliance
The blending of different grape varieties is a centuries old science and an art that have yielded some iconic blends. The science is in testing grape combinations to see how they complement each other based on aromas and flavours whilst the art is in knowing when to push the boundaries of traditional blending science to expand the limits of the great wine frontier to craft a wine that is greater than the sum of its parts.
Alliance is aiming to do just that. The wine is a blend of the classic combination of Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc as the backbone and structure of the wine with small amounts of Shiraz and Pinotage pushing the boundaries and adding depth and interest to present a wine that is clearly greater than the sum of its parts. All grapes are from Stellenbosch origin.
CLASSIC RANGE
A range of wines crafted from well known, popular cultivars. The aim is to express the unique and typical characteristics of each cultivar in a pure and natural way. Fruit driven and accessible, the wines are perfect for everyday consumption and enjoyment.
The range currently includes a Pinotage, Sauvignon blanc and Cinsault Rosé and will expand as consumer preferences demand.
